How To Tighten Your Breasts
If your breasts have become saggy and wrinkles, then you are not alone. A large percentage of women, particularly those who have had at least one child, will experience a marked difference in the appearance of their breasts. This happens as you age, as you gain or lose weight, and as you have and nurse children.
There are several ways that women are using to naturally tone and life their breasts. These include:
- 1. Exercise
- 2. Creams
- 3. Yoga
I am going to focus on exercise in this article, as I believe it has great potential to truly change the shape, look and feel of your breasts in a 100% natural manner.
Exercises for Breast Tightening and Toning
So which exercises should you do? It does not actually take anything out of the ordinary, and you certainly would have heard of and maybe even done these exercises in the past.
1. Push ups
This is the standard push up action, but slightly modified to put the focus on your breasts rather than your stomach. You should be able to feel the pull and push in the chest and breast area with each action. Remember that your entire body besides your head must move to do this right.
2. Bench press
If you have a reclining gym bench it will come in handy for this exercise. Otherwise try and create that same shape with pills on the ground. You then hold a dumbbell in each hand (start light) and bring them together on top of your chest, keeping your arms fairly straight. As you get stronger, use heavier weights.
Knowing how to tighten breasts naturally means that you can regain your confidence and your beauty, without resorting to highly expensive surgical procedures, implants or plastic surgery which often do a lot more harm than they do good!
