Discover the Ultimate Weight Loss Workouts
You may not have discovered this yet but you will, eventually. Long weekends and weight loss workouts don’t mesh.
You see, the problem with long weekends is that you spend them completely relaxed. Then, when you go back to work, you return to a workload that has somehow mysteriously ballooned in size. You know who to blame – it’s most likely those colleagues and contacts who never seem to take a day off. But do you know where that leaves you and your weight loss workouts? Four words: out in the cold.
Is it time to say goodbye to your precious workout time?
No!
You may have to forego doing your full routine while you play catch-up, but this doesn’t mean you can’t exercise. Of course, you can; you just have to be creative where you do it, when, and how.
The key is to keep moving, whatever it is that you are doing. For instance, instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs. You can also park a little farther from the office than you usually do. That way, you can force yourself to brisk-walk to work.
Of course, it would also help immensely if the routine you have is flexible to begin with. When you choose weight loss workouts that are as flexible as your schedule, you can have as many long weekends as you want and still get the workout you need.
The truth is, a lot of workouts are so rigidly planned that if you miss one day, you’d be completely out of synch. Look for a program that’s highly adaptable and easily adjustable. That way, you won’t be the only one who is working out; your program is hard at work, working with you.
